Here I am on another raing friday afternoon killing time at work. Yeah there is noone in store and hasnt been for the past twenty minutes. Occaisionally like every ten minutes burgerfuel will beging blasting the drum solo of 'in the air tonight' sometimes turning it down afterwards and sometimes not. God its annoying.
I have not heard many of my friends reactions to doctor horribles singalong blog and seriously you have nothing to say no praises to sing? You people are dead inside.
What I should be doing now is working on my characters back stories for the tv series im writing for uni and hopefully for real. you know if i can make it solid and good. Im not going to put the details of what its like on here because you know eyes are watching.
But once people understand the main concept which is tough to explain (and i need to work on that) I have heard nothing negative about what im aiming to do so thats good. And classmates have helped me obtain focus and not be so over the palce with illogical ideas.
At the moment ive only solidified two characters, and one of them sucks but thats just who she is and i'll probably end up rewriting her or killing her off. spoilers!
The terrible thing is im procrastinating doing this. Not currently as im at work but when i go to i end up wasting hours on the internet. Which i must put a stop to.
How serious am i about writing well im considering joining the nz writers guild as an unwaged associate. Which means a student whose scripts havent been produced ever. So yeah thats interesting, and would give me names of producers and agencies (which i would only need if i went overseas). But lets see first if I can actually write. Ive got the ideas but need to master the structure.
hmm school is about to finish so i better stop what im doing here. The last hour is typically filled with the children.
