My bank is crazy and I mean that in the sense of it is incredibly annoying. For some reason I am a valued customer at ANZ and so they let my transactions go through without decline. Which means I have no idea if I am in negative dollars as and have such screwed me into the ground. Oh did i mention that im charged $10 everyday i make a transaction when im in negative that they dont tell me about? Yeah ive probably spent $50 in nothingness. Bah.
So yeah i check my bank account on tuesday it said 90. Yay i think ill get paid tomorrow and ill be up to 300. Plenty of money to go on a little dvd spree at jb hi fi. Which by the way is freaking incredible. The ammount of dvds there is jaw droppingly awesome. I had to control myself and so only bought 2 dvds. Instead of buying a wii game. Next week i tell myself. I bought command strips for my pictures. Finally. So after 5 months my pictures are back on the wall.
Anyway all my transactioning mentally leaves me with 215. I decide to double check it today just for fun. Well it turns out my 90 from yesterday was negative 90. Something my atm did not make abundantly clear, so now instead of 215 i have 15. with rent to go out tonight. Leaving me at negative again and another $10 gone. Yay.
My bank had sent me a preapproved 500 overdraft which ill have to get to avoid anymore unessasary fees. And ive had to apply for an extra 140 from studylink, something that i really didnt want to do but have now had my hand forced.
Unfortunately that payment doesnt come in til next thursday and will get me up to normal. I hope.
I need to get to the bottom of what happened. As I was on top of things when i bought my wii, and then all of a sudden im in negatives. Ive either paid something too much (which isnt a suprise what with my track record and automatic payments.) or one of the weeks when the new ownership shifted i didnt get paid. So im gonna have to look into it. I havent spent much (till today damn it) and so this shouldnt have happened.
The change of payday is what screwed me i think.
So thats my financial drama at the moment. I have negative dollars wooh.
Last night me, sam and lucy from work went to Iron Man cause i have noone else here who would want to see it. And while complaining to them about lack of movie companions they suggested why not we go see it.
Interesting times really, i could tell lucy was awkward through most of it, which makes me uncomfortable. But didnt ruin my time. damn people wer on DDR though. Bah, i wanted to get my dance on.
Iron man is a great movie. Even if you know nothing about it, absolutely nothing (like us) it is still enjoyable.
All i knew was it was about a guy who built a robot suit and then fights crime. You dont even need to know that to enjoy it.
If you lked Batman begins you should like iron man as the two are more realistic and i assume truer to the source material as i have not heard fans go up in arms about this one.
There is something at the end of the credits but its more of a wink to comic book fans and not even that exciting. I knew what it meant but it didnt thrill me. I suppose you need to be a true superhero geek to swoon at that extra scene. But im not gonna tell you to not sit through the credits cause those names should be recognised. Watch the credits people.
If you need something to do look for Mike Hunt his name appears in the credits at some point..
Funny side note: Aaron now wants to go see Iron man conveniently after ive seen it. After him implying he thought nothing of it and Sarah stating she doesnt spend money on blockbusters. I think they are going next week. What. Ever.
I think I'll just keep going to movies with Sam and Lucy for whatever ones come up. Sex and the city movie? No, thats a joke. People can never tell I'm joking when I suggest that. Does one not joke about seeing movies about finished tv shows relating to a subject that A) I care nothing about and B) Is largely for women? Is there a memo I missed?
Perhaps there is something else to talk about here but im finding nothing.
Terminator sarah chronicles seems to be interesting. Yes im a little biased due to summer glau being in it.
And most of you that would watch it probably have already watched all the downloaded episodes. And you know what i think about that.
