Today was definitely not my day. First my alram didnt go off cause i forgot to switch it to on. And the i was too tired to get up anyway and snoozed for another half hour. Then after breakfast and shower (and dexter..) I opened my laptop to finish referencing my assignments. BUt my laptop was having one of its moods and everything was going super slow or stopping completely. So i shoved it all on flash drive and biked to uni, but first i couldnt find my shoes. The i half way there i thought i forgot my lock but i found it eventually. I spent the next 3 hours finishing up assignments and creating a slideshow for my presentation. And it went well, it was an incredibly boring lecture again and im getting sick of him just giving us lecture slides from his second year class but all my assignments are out of the way. Hooray.
Then, i had lost my keys, and couldnt just wait til tomorrow because my bike was at uni stuck in its lock that cant be cut as its a gun lock. Sigh.
So me and Galina went to the library to find it, but it hadnt been turned in, we checked security but they hadnt seen it, we check the classroom but it wasnt there, we checked my bike in case i had left it in the lock. Thankfully no. I wanted to check the library one more time before I gave up and as we descended into the computer room i got a call from the lady in there saying she had found it in the other draw. hooray.
So yeah quite a frantic making day, and then i thought i could unwind with sarah connor chronicles but it turned out it wasnt on this wednesday even though it said coming wednesdays that misleading ad. 'shakes fist'.
Well, thats about it for the time being. I had a huge feeling of kismet with my historical research report but sadly could not document it as it happened during presentations. And those of us doing presentations had to hand in our reports. Oh well. It was a really good insight too.
